For all those who said "stay in school", I wonder how many of them are millionaires? You realize Bill Gates never finished high school? Starting your own business and knowing how to invest are your best options. You may require education in the area of your interest and/or acquire a mentor to teach you the ropes. Make sure that mentor is achieving the results you desire. Never take advice from people who are not achieving what you want. I recommend some reading for you: Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker, Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, and You Were Born Rich by Bob Proctor. The Millionaire Mind Intensive seminars are a phenomenal resource for learning about your "financial blueprint" and how to achieve and maintain wealth.

If your goal is simply to earn money, just get ANY job and dump every dime you make into some sort of investment portfolio. If you start right now at 16 years of age, by the time you're 30 you'll probably have your millions. And you won't need any real special training to do it--you can accomplish this working at McDonald's.
The clincher is you'd basically need to do bare-minimum living. Get a crappy efficiency apartment, eat generic brands all day long, and buy absolutely zero luxury items. Dumpster-diving would be your way of acquiring furniture, televisions, etc.
Don't like the idea of living like a bum for 10 years? Then obviously becoming a millionaire isn't your true goal. I advise you to sit down and truly think about what it REALLY takes to make you happy, and shoot for that directly. Having a million bucks alone won't do anything for you, after all. It's what you will DO with that million bucks that makes it appealing.

Tip one.... Stay in school.... Life is not a substitute for formal education. Yea, I know you hate school..... But now you are going to strangers wanting them to teach you!! Think about it.
But you did ask for an idea how to become a millionaire... Here is one....
Take one single penny, put it in a jar or any container of your choice.
Tomorrow put in 2 pennies
The next day put in 4 pennies
continue to double the number of pennies for 30 days and your a millionaire.... Don't believe me.... Use your calculator
Now it could be 30 days, or 30 years.
In short don't be in a hurry. The first few years those penny's won't look like much. The last few years you will have to work like an animal to double.
All the work needed is much easier if you finish school.... Ok?
Please finish school, you will never regret finishing.
You will always regret not finishing. Going back later is much, much harder than it may seem. For now it is free to you. It is a very expensive process to restart as an adult.

Anyone can become a millionaire with 4 things
a source of income
a plan
the discipline to execute the plan
time to execute the plan.
Starting at a young age, you could get a source of income and set money aside and have a plan.
Read books on the subject and follow the advice of millionaires who have done it.
I recommend, The Richest Man in Babylon to start.
And then, The One Minute Millionaire.
Do not invest money in online investments. They are mostly scams.
Do not invest money solely on testimonials ever, online or offline. Get factual, verifiable data from unrelated third parties.
If it sounds too good to be true, it might be, but check it out.
Get at least 3 references from totally unrelated third parties and make sure everything is done legally and with contracts.
That is mostly for later because at 16 you cannot enter into any legally binding contracts yet.
Good luck.

Don't quit school. Being in school while trying to make money is actually an advantage. You can get people to help you out and give you free resources, simply because you are a student. Also getting an education is very important, nobody wants to hang out with an idiot just because they are rich. Oh and don't waste your time in network marketing. I have done it and made a lot of money, but it takes over your life and suddenly you see everybody you know as a potential sale. Most people don't like this and get tired of always being pitched on your current product, so you end up only hanging out with other networkers instead of the people you realy like. Plus you cant do it untill you are 18. Good luck.

I'm 16 too but I think the best thing to do is finish high school and go to college and get a career where you earn millions of dollars. "cause without a diploma I don't think very many people would hire you. I'm planning on going into the travel business 'cause that's one of the most popular and highest paying career in the world. And it would be a lot of fun traveling the world. I probably didn't help very much but I think that's the best thing you could do to earn a lot of money. Good luck!

Hi
Great ambition! I only realised I wanted to be a millionaire when I was 21!
If you haven't already, gain an understanding of how to manage your finances. Start saving and investing right now before you've built up any debt, and live within your means.
If you want to make money, self-employment is the way. I have a business opportunity for ambitious people and I'd love to welcome someone as motivated as you to my team. But, you have to find the opportunity that's right for you.
If I can help any more, contact me at katiektk@hotmail.co.uk
Good luck!

Absolutely DO NOT stop going to school. My philosophy is if there is a day that goes by that I have not learned something that will enrich my life, then that is a day wasted. Life is too short to waste time. Time is best utilized learning and the best place to learn is in school. Keep your goal, but never lose sight of it by quitting. Quitters never win.
