Walk, because when you are under the waterfall is it in a busy area, where a lot of people are, and are very noisy. But the walk is in an area that is too big and although a lot of people might be there, there will still be a lot of private space.

Walking on a beach stimulates the legs.

You will get more endorphins, more pleasure, from the waterfall.
