France, Ireland, England and Germany are most certainly in Western Europe. I would consider Spain to be Southern European though. Unless you are using the Cold War definition but since that conflict has long since ended I see no reason to continue using it.

not fairly. many times eastern Europe has been much less rich than Western Europe and in recent circumstances it grow to be probably Western Europe who paved the way in exploration etc (e.g. British Empire) yet you could not ignore that a great variety of Europes maximum helpful civilisations have been Southern eu (for instance historical Greeks and the Roman Empire) so the African genes can't be 'hurting' them that plenty as you stated. And to be ordinary, eastern Europe's substantial subject grow to be communism, that's in contrast to they're stupid or something.

Most people would say yes, though one could argue that germany, since it consists of the former west and east germany, now is a CENTRAL european country instead.
