I have never been in trouble before and got on OVI on Friday night. I blew 3 times the legal limit, but I didn't get in an accident or anything. I know that doesn't matter, I made a mistake and was wondering what is going to happen now.

Your license will be revoked for 90 days. You will have a sizeable fine to pay as well. Also, you will be required to complete an alcohol awareness class before you will be allowed to get your license back.

My dad has had 3 DUIs in Ohio...not the smartest man in the world...anyways he only got community service for his 1st offence...please don't d&d again...it's just not worth it!

you could choose probation and stay out of trouble and it will get off your record
