One is good, two isNOT better, they will fight AGAINST each other. You should have one firewall and one antivirus and two antispyware. The "free" ones you get from your ISP are WORSE than none at all. AVG is EXCELLENT but it has no tech support If you need tech support, I recommend Kapersky or Trend Pccillin. Both can be gotten for free after rebate.
Cyberdefender is thought by many to be a CHARLITAN security product. the vendor behind the product was the same company that previously released Spyblocs/eBlocs, an application with a bad history of aggressive, deceptive advertising and illegal force-installs. Worse yet, it is reputed to not uninstall properly using add/remove programs. You're gonna have to do an operating system reinstall to get rid of it.
Back up your data, reinstall windows and only download reputable products. AVG and avast are the top free antivirus, remember only 1, zone alarm for vsita and comodo for xp firewall. Spybot and adaware for antispyware.

Depending on the Antivirus Programs, they occasionally compete with each other finding some bugs that aren't there. If you are going to load two Antivirus applications, try not to have both on the system at the same time.
Also a point that was previously made is that the more services you have loaded, the more your system will slow down. For each additional Antivirus, you tie up more RAM and more processor cycles. Similar to malware, which is the exact thing you want to prevent.
The key to security is layering security. If you want a second Antivirus, consider getting a router with Antivirus scanner built in. ZoneLabs has one as does D-Link.

What you need is layered security. Having more than one anti-virus causes issues because each of the anitvirus software is set to scan "sensitive" areas on your computer. So if you have Nortons and its scanning the boot sector, Mcafee might come and stop Norton from scanning because its watching that area, and then Norton would see Mcafee as a threat for stopping it.
Layered Security means having an anti-virus, anit-spamware, anti-malware, anti-spyware, and anti-adware installed. Also you need a firewall and you want to harden your OS.
To harden your OS, make sure you have updates configured to downloand but not install until you OK them. You always want up to date fixes and patches (except hotfixes because they are not necessarly proven yet).
Also, I have a few programs like Spybot, adaware, and reg-sweeper that are free, but scan when you ask them to because they pick up programs others miss. You can get them at www.download.com for free.
If you are looking for an anti-virus, I reccomend AVG (you can also get it at the site above) and have it running in real time. Its free and a great program.
Lastly, check out Microsoft's headquarters for Microsoft Defender. Its an anti-spyware anti-adware program that works great and is also free.
Make sure to get ad-aware from download.com. That program will pick up tracking cookies and more!
Good Luck!

Go with AVG, you will be o.k, I had cyber defender not very good, I had about a year ago, it looks good but AVG in my opinion is by far the best, I think you should only have one virus checker on your computer, having 2 might cause a conflict

I recommend u to have only 1 antivirus installed in ur PC, two antiviruses are not able to detect viruses more sensitively.

Stick to just one anti-virus prog.
AVG is good.
Having more than prog will confuse the PC ad will slow things down.
So un-install say cyberdefender.
If you have MS software with your PC than you can use MS defender as firewall and also keep the AVG for anti-virus.
Keep it simple.

Generally only one anti-virus is recommended as they may conflict with each other, same with firewalls - but you can have more than one anti-spyware installed to be extra safe.

It should not pose any problems. The only thing is that it can be a drain on system performance, in terms of system memory and CPU usage. Having two levels of anti-virus is very safe. One anti-virus might miss something that the other can catch.
