Neanderthals had a slightly different cranium, with a larger brain capacity then Homo Sapiens. However, most of the difference was in the frontal lobes (the area of thinking and foresight). The brains of Homo Sapiens are larger in this area.
Neanderthals were robust. But their shoulders were stiffer than ours - they couldn't toss a ball overhand, for example, or a spear. They were probably tireless runners and ate an omnivorous diet. They left very little in the way of cultural artifacts (they had no art, that is something HS invented), or agriculture, but they did make stone tools. They probably wore skins for warmth, although it's not believed they could sew. They probably didn't speak either, although, like other primates, they could probably grunt, growl, howl, moan and so on. Since they hunted a lot, they may have used some form of sign language - even pointing is a form of sign language.
Internal organs were probably identical.
There is a really well done series of novels about Neanderthals and HS by the author Jean M. Auel called "The Clan of the Cave Bear" series. It's historical fiction, but she does a very good job of making them real.

I'm not going to get into all this detail because I see there are so many discrepancies here. You'll have to go to a library and find out all the details for yourself.
There are quite the differences and the "clan of the cave bear" gave no idea as to what was going on except to make a good story. The Neanderthal did have sewing, don't sell these people short, they made their own clothing, they did make some jewelry, they did bury their dead and did send them away with their special tools they used.
We've been seeling them short for many years as grunting, people that dragged their knuckles when they walked, just the opposite is true.
It would be impossible to know if anyone of our ancestors spoke a language because the hymoide bone sic. is tissue that makes up the voice box and does not last in a grave long.
Do not sell out the Neanderthal, they lived for perhaps 160 thousand years, we've only been here about what? 10 15 thousand years so far and, it doesn't look to promising as the world things are going for an extended stay. So I'd give them some credit for some things.
