My lap-top screen is scratched any answers on removal please

You can't. If you have an "accidental damage" policy, call to VERIFY the terms and that youre still covered, get it replaced that way. Cosmetic damage is NOT covered by your warranty. Any attempt to "remove" scratches will make them worse, you'll get a foggy look to the screen.

you may not be able to remove.
you can try cleaning them with a non abrasive cleaning cloth
and a non-ammonia based cleaner
the problem is the mount of force needed to remove a scratch may actually cause a crack in the glass.

If it (like mine) is an L.C.D. screen then not much chance I am afraid. You can clean the screen with optical glass cleaning solution or wipes but other than than that not much you can do I am afraid.
