In NY, is it a state law that a seller of the home must provide a carbon monoxide detector?

Can someone give me a link to an official page where I can print out the regulations for this?

I just took a test to become alarm technician certified and it does sound like i have heard that before There are so many codes lately that are getting changed and passed that no one really knows what is going on. check this link I have provided it may help or maybe it has a link to some where can help or maybe even look at state laws and regulations or something of the sort. I don't know that it's a law. But it would be a good investment for yourself.
