I hate him too!
I think Kobe would be a disaster in Detroit. Detroit is one of the few teams who is that - a team.
He would mess up the balance between offense and defense for the Pistons. This is because, on any given night, a starter for Detroit could bust out and do great, with the men around him supporting him. For the Lakers the mentality is : "Give Kobe the ball, no matter what". There have been nights where I have seen Kobe miss 7 shots or so in a row and his team still gives him the ball.
It would just not work.

No because Detroit plays kind of like the Florida Gators where any given night any one out of the starting five can lead the team in scoring, but with the Lakers its a surprise if Kobe didn't have the most points that game, Kobe is going to mess up the team chemistry if they do get him

NO WAY!!! Kobe would not fit into the way Detroit plays basketball. He wants the shots and will do just about anything to get them. Detroit had good team chemistry and I think Kobe would mess that up badly.

Kobe is a ballhog and he would completely mess up the chemistry and balance. Detroit is a strong team on both ends if the floor and does not really need him. Besides think what they would have to give up...Wallace, Hamilton maybe even Billups.

I love kobe i'll admit it. But detroit, a very good team already, will have to sacrifice at least billups and probaly rasheed to get him. Whats the point of getting a new player if your team is already good?
I think the knicks should get him. They suck ballz and they have a lot of cash.

I am a Cleveland fan. And, I think Kobe would be perfect in Detroit. He could replace Billups.

He's a ball hog and not a team player. Detroit would be dumb to take him and mess up their chemistry.
