No you wont die, but you wont be able to do it. You will choke then breathe a bunch into your lungs and then cough uncontrolably for about 10 minutes. Its pretty funny to watch if you can get one of your friends to do it.

Cinnamon is good for helping to regulate blood sugar, so some people overdo it with the cinnamon so they can eat more sugar. It doesn't kill, but if you use too much cinnamon, it can cause stomach problems such as ulcers.

Stay away from the nutmeg, however. If that were just being introduced to the market today, I doubt whether it'd pass the FDA safety regulations. They'd have huge warning labels on it, and you'd have to buy it directly from the pharmacist so they could track how much you were purchasing!

You are essentially trying to swallow powdered wood. That's what cinnamon is. The dry will make you choke on inhaling. That that does come in contact with saliva will coat and stick to your mouth as the wetness causes the wood to expand. It will not dissolve into a tasty sugary paste, as there is no sugar in it. You can google Cinnamon challenge. There are some pretty funny clips on the net of unknowing people doing it.

No, it's not cinnamon. It's nutmeg. And you won't die, but it can cause blindness. I can't remember why or exactly how much you need to take in all at once. A tablespoon sounds about right though.

Better to put it in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

I highly doubt it. I don't think it would be harmful-it's just food, and it's not even that spicy. I think it would be OK, just don't try it, becuase it's powdery and you could choke.

I'm thinking if this were true the FDA would let us know. Furthermore there would be warning labels.
