The only thing you can do is contact each website that has your video posted and ask them to remove it. Explain that you are 16 (even if that isn't true) and tell them that if they don't remove it at once, you will be notifying the authorities.

That should scare the crap out of anyone enough to get your video removed really quickly.

Write down the name of each website that hosts it. Then go to http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp and enter the name of the site (ie: SomeSite.com) into the box there and find out where it is hosted. You find this out at the very bottom of the listing. It says "Domain servers in listed order:" Now write that down, repeat the serach and get their phone number. Tell them that site x is hosting an adult video that features a girl that is under 18.

The web hosting company will then make sure the video is removed and they will shut the site down. Either way your video gets removed.

Once it's on the web you're stuck with it. Most you can do is find out who made the original posting, and send them a bill for a standard model fee. Most porn models make upwards of $1000 per movie. If there is no modelling contract, you can ask whatever you think the video was worth to you. If they think it's funny, or that you're not serious, then remind them that it is illegal to publish porn without abiding by federal regulations U.S.C. TITLE 18, SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE [see below], regarding keeping of records relating to porn. However, you will never be able to 'put the cat back into the bag'... Once you're on the internet, your video will wind up in thousands of people's computers and anyone can post it anywhere...

Who are you staying with? If they're friends with your GF, maybe they can intercede for you. You don't say whether you think your GF believes your explanation; if not, but they can convince her you're telling the truth, that's step 1.
Or maybe it's just going to take time, like the standard str8 "wife throws out husband, but she really loves him" scenario.
And off the top of my head and maybe way off the wall: Would having a huge bouquet of flowers delivered with a candygram be so ridiculously husband-like that you'd get her laughing and remembering why she loved you in the first place?
P.S. Airadine's method is underhanded and dishonest, but so is distributing video without getting permission from all participants. And her way may be more effective and faster than going the straightforward route of suing for invasion of privacy (or threatening to). Whatever method you choose to get the video taken down, it should go a LONG way toward convincing your GF that you care.
