I think that the present politicians wouldn't know common sense if it bit them on the rear . Politics consist of two things power and money , but mainly power . That has been a natural human behaviour since the beginning of time . There is nothing anyone can do to prevent greed . And that is what politics is all about , who can get the most control . Politicians , right now , are on the path for destruction , and they don't care who they hurt . How can the U.S. afford such a costly war when they can't even afford better health care for their own people ? Like I said before , they don't care who they hurt as long as their appetite for greed is satisfied , which it will never be . Its almost like an addiction to drugs , only drugs , their is help for . Not sufficient help , but that ties into health care now doesn't it . Politicians are the most corrupted individuals on this planet , you can't get anymore crooked than a politician . Except maybe a car salesman

"Correct path" to what? Utopia? Not likely. Each politician advocates the set of values he/she thinks are best for a country (or if we are going to be cynical, the values that he/she believes will get the most votes), there is no "right path". Choose the candidate you agree with.

They are all cowards to me! Not one politician in government is in a correct path. They all lie and cheat the american people for their own personal gain. The correct path is to drop the 2 party system and start voting for a 3rd party.

The only politician I trust today is Rudy. I do not agree with him about abortion but at least he is honest enough to say it. As for the rest, her, she is a power hungry ***** that stole the NY Senate election from someone who really would have helped NY.
