Not a lot you can say about USA.
Israel needs them for defense,
Iran wants them for offense

Great question and it goes to the heart of the notion that when it comes to nuclear weapons, "we should have it and once we do, we will decide who else can have it and who can’t".

The US is a superpower, and as such has developed, maintained, used, and distributed nuclear weapons and technology (most recently, to India).

Israel is a true Democracy, the only one in the Middle East, really, and as such "deserves" to have the Bomb, even though they never officially acknowledged it. the main reason as to how Israel managed to develop its nuclear capability stems from the cold war, where Israel was the US's best (and some say only true) ally in the Middle East, up against the Arab block of countries which was aligned with the Soviet Union.

In the case of Iran, even though Iran's president is elected by the people, and their Supreme Leader is chosen by an assembly of 86 people who are also elected by the public, no one in the Western world considers Iran a stable democracy, or even a stable regime, mainly because it defines itself as an Islamic Republic, which leans much more towards Islam, at least in its leader's decisions. There are very encouraging signs that the Street in Iran is heading in a more modern, less religious directions, and that might eventually influence the people in power. When this happens, Iran might be deemed "fit" to have nuclear technology, but this will not be any time soon.

However, Iran's current exposure to the global scene, and the intense attention put on by the current US administration would likely slow down that development, or even halt it completely.

First up all America and Israel have got Nuclear bombs. ok fine . The reason why no one is fond of it is because America is democratic country ,people rule America ,and those people are well educated and they dont support injustice .Its not like suddenly if American is attacked by terrorists ,Americans decide to drop a Nuclear bomb on a country which supported terrorism.
But iran is different suddenly the democracy may fall.
And the Nuclear bomb may go into wrong hands.

The Bush government desires to color Iran as an aggressive usa that desires nuclear weapons fullyyt for the objective of "wiping out Israel". even however, this is life like for Iran to prefer nuclear weapons for its protection. the U. S. might desire to make a extreme and concerted attempt to barter with Iran at recent.

The U.S., in spite of what the ranting Middle Eastern whacko nations say, is one of nations that will use nuclear weapons only as a last defensive resort. We used them to thwart Japan, and we have not used them since.

If Iran had weapons like that, Israel would be a hole in the ground by now. There would be nuclear "incidents" every darn week - in schools, subway stations, youj name it, all in the name of "Jihad".

Their finger would be on the button every day of the week. And you bloody well know it.

Iran, as a sovereign nation, has the right to decide what is good for the country but without being a danger to other countries with similar rights!

Learn grammar. Lots of people have nuclear weapons, the idea is that no one else needs to have them, especially not people like Iran. We can say something about it because we are a leading world power and member of the UN Security Council.

Two are responsible democracies and the other is a despotic regime that uses religion to justify its "right" to wipe a certain country off the face of the Earth. The facts speak for themselves.

This is the double standard that to so many outside the west is obvious but to those in the US in particular is almost incomprehensible.
BTW the People don't control America - the media does and that's NWO!

The reason that we so not say "anythings" about the US or the Israeli nuke programs is that they have not pledged the outright destruction of the other nation.

You people enjoy making threats and making your cryptic little rants but you are so hurt when the retaliation comes.

Give up your nukes or face your own end. Allah cannot bail you out of this one.
