I really love guitar solos, can anyone recommend songs which have amazing ones in? For example in Guns N' Roses "November Rain" or Avenged Sevenfolds "Seize The Day". Thanks.

I know it's a cliche but Freebird has one of the BEST solos ever.

It may not be exactly your "style" of music, but if you really appreciate a great guitarist: then listen to Gary Moore - Still Got The Blues. Another of my favorites is a guy named Walter Trout. THis man looks like the old, fat guy that works at a gas station. But man can he shred the guitar licks! A good song to listen to would be I'm Tired. You can probably find these on LImewire or someplace like that so you can listen quick and free. Don't know if you've ever heard of Luther Allison either? Take a listen to CHerry Red WIne by him. Just the soulfull esscence of his guitar and the rasp in his voice is enough to make anyone a believer! Have fun listening, enjoy the music. If you like it, pass it along to your friends too. Peace....

I'm a fan of instrumentals.
Try some:

Danny Gatton
Greg Koch
Gary Lucas
Jimmy Thackery
Dave Hole

Add a .com for their websites as most of these have some free tunes.
Also I recommend the title track of The Paul Butterfield Blues Band "East-West". This has a fantastic 4min. solo by Mike Bloomfield that dates to 1964.

Hmmm. He may not be like Guns N' Roses or Avenged Sevenfold, but you can try John Mayer.
If that doesn't work for you, you should check out Bon Jovi.

All I got.

from those two solos im guessing you like the more powerful solos than technical so im thinking floods by pantera. Not very fast (like november rain) but still very good
