Obviously she didn't take A.A. or Rehab seriously.
This is her 3rd "accident" in 2 yrs.
She was DUI ... AND underaged.
Find out what bar or club she was at and revoke their liquor license.
In New York, anyone who is underaged and caught DUI - gets their drivers license revoked.
This "girl" has no maturity or respect for the law or society. She abuses her wealth and fame. Send her to jail with Paris, so they can share a cell and yell Fire Crotch at each other.
More and more people, directors, studios and producers don't want to work with her because she is unprofessional, rude , thoughtless, spoiled, and unaccountable. She shows up late , and hung over for shoots & scenes, leaves early cuz she's tired, dehydrated and hung over.
She's not even that talented an actress.
She's not even gorgeous, she just has a nice body.
She looks like Frankie Muniz of Malcom in the MIddle dressed in drag with all those freckles.
Send her to jail for a few months, maybe she'll straighten out

America needs to get a clue.....Celebs are treated differently from the "normal" person......it's not bad enough that they carry around the most expensive bags, wear the most expensive sunglasses, clothes, shoes, etc.....which they all get for free.....but they also don't "do the time" like the rest of us would for doing the same crime.....
Americans need to stop emmulating the celebs....stop spending all the $$$ for items like the celebs have (again, getting the stuff for free).....
I wish we could go back to the glamour of hollywood.....when we had TALENT to watch....instead of these people who are either popular because their parents were actors or because of their bad behavior.......sickening.

These kid celebrities grow up with the thought that they not only deserve all they have (for being cute in a movie or 2 in her case), but it is their right. Can't imagine things any other way. They can't imagine someone else can easily be doing the bullshit they are asked to do. Tara Lipinski has been trying to worm her way into Hollywood since 1998 without much success - much harder for her than winning a skating competition - but she can easily do all those things as can MANY others.
Yeah, 3rd car crash, DUI, less than 21...means nothing for a celebrity - slap on the wrist and back to being their normal incompetent self.
In my case, someone lied about what I said after a police officer stopped me. I broke no traffic law, but was circling around an area too much for his liking. When he asked me why I was doing that, I said that someone was bothering me. When he asked why someone would do that, I said I "alienated people and they try to cause me problems". The ploice report said that I told the officer that I said I was being followed by aliens. I am not sure if the officer is responsible for that lie or another of TPTB. Whatever the case, they wanted me to take counseling sessions and after going to one I thought it was ridiculous. So I stopped going and found I could not get my driving priviliges back. No DUI, no breaking any laws - just a lie told about what I said. This is how they can deal with ordinary people or perhaps more correctly their enemies.

I think it is a shame that her mother keeps encouraging her to live the wild life. I think she will never make progress as long as her mom wants to party with her like they are sisters. If your parents don't stand up and help you do the right thing, its going to be a long hard road to travel alone.

i suppose if she did anything illegal then yea, definitely shouldnt be driving drunk, it has to be hard being that young in the spotlight tho. she is old enough to know she can buy a driver and not drive drunk.
