Difficult to explain here without complete question.U must right the ligands linked to to iron(111). Generally iron(3) complexes form OCTAHEDRAL geomatry. They may be paramagnetic or diamagnetic which depends upon the experimental evidences.

depends which ligand is forming the complex, tend to be octahedral with most, except for Cl- ligands as only 4 can fit around the central metal ion making it tetrahedral.

It would be the Fe atom with 5 electrons in the outer shell as the 3+ charge would result in the 4s electrons being lost and one of the 3d electrons too leaving 5d electrons to form bonds.

It would help if you told us its constituent moieties or gave us its name. Cobalt (III) has the same octahedral geometry as Fe(III). Let's try bidentate ethylenediamine or oxalate as ligands,
