It was the sandman person he was the one who killed Peter Parkers Uncle.... however it was only by accident as he shot peters uncle because the other robber(sandmans partner) made him jump once he had robbed the money resulting in peters parkers uncle getting shot. However sandman was trying to rob Spidermans uncles car in the first place.

It was Sandman. The guy with blond hair was the one who robbed the wrestling office, in an attempt to help the Sandman's daughter. Peter thought it was the man he allowed to pass him on the elevator in the first Spiderman who had killed his uncle. Peter killed the man, but later found out it was Sandman. All of it was an accident though, as found out later in Spiderman 3.

I think it was the blonde guy since it shown that it was him who shot the gun, even though the sandman did have a gun, too, but he never did get a chance to shoot it.

It was sandman.. But it was just by accident as shown in the flashback scene at the end of the movie...
