Global Warming includes the depletion of the ozone, and the ozone is being eaten up by a chemical found in hairsprays. Scientists have found an ozone hole right above Antarctica , so if you are in Antarctica, you are extremely prone to sunburns, skin cancer, and eye damage. The ozone layer in the stratosphere blocks out the UV rays which causes sunburns. In 1992 more than 90 countries sign a treaty to not use the chemicals in production because Ozone Depletion affects the entire world. Antarctica is the most prone to Global Warming

Global warming is a non-existant phenomenon. Climate change is what you are talking about, and is a natural process caused by cyclic changes in solar activity. The Earth has cooled and warmed many times in the past (warming during the roman times and medieval period, and cooling during the 'mini ice age' in the 19th century), i honestly dont think it is going to seriously affect many parts of the world in a significant way. However you asked which part will be affected most, and i'd have to say probably africa, where it is already hot, and an increase in average temperature could potentially cause drought that is serious enough to make the area inhospitable to the many tribes of central africa.
The ice caps are not all going to melt, that idea is one which the press spread around and is simply scaremongering and propaganda. Think about it this way: if 'global warming' is expected to increase the average temperature of the earth by 1.5-2 degrees C, how is it going to melt icecaps when the average temperature at the poles is in the region of -20 to -30 degrees C?

The only thing to fear is fear itself. Don't be afraid, when I was very young I used to fear being blown up by an atomic bomb. It didn't happen, (I'm not sure it was by luck, divine intervention or human good sense, and I guess we could still be blown up by a nuclear bomb), but the fear was useless. If global warming is going to affect this planet adversely, or make us uncomfortable, or cause famines, then we should be looking for ways to deal with more heat than that we are accustomed. I personnally am not sure we can change it, stop it or anything, I think the sun is causing the earth to warm a little. I think it will sometime, cool, again....I would truely love to be able to grow a fuschia in my back yard, or a camilia, so for me, a little more heat is OK, but its probably not going to get high enough long enough for me to change my gardening habits. Think about the amount of change that is actually occurring, some glaciers are melting, and some icecaps are growing. Some areas seem to be warmer, some seem to be colder. Hmmm...Humans just by eating and drinking end up polluting. But those pollutants get broken down, worms and nematodes have a purpose. (Dung beetles too) Although its too cold for dung beetles where I live. Some people think that Ozone is good for individual's health, others think its a severely damaging polutant, yet we need a layer of it in the atmosphere. So relax, don't fear, enjoy!!

Normally the Artic and Antartic regions will get most affected and start ice melting which results to the raising of water levels in Oceans. Then the coastal regions will be affected first and also the tiny islands which will disappear in due course.

Actually it is the Rain Forests and their decimations which affect global weather.
If gobal warming is causing roasting heat in the summers, most cities would quickly have large power failure in global scale.

i am guessing the coastal cities because when the glacial are melting it is making the sea levels rise washing out islands or even some coastal cities. also that can destroy the fish and marine population that will hurt some fishing towns financially.
