I'm guilty of a couple:
unscuzz-- clean up
ex. "Give me a few minutes to unscuzz before we leave."
scummer-- a person with questionable ethics
ex. "I saw his picture in the police reports in this morning's paper; that guy's a total scummer!"

I'm curious to see if anyone else is guilty of the practice of inadvertenly making up words!! Let's see what you've got!!
