The only brewery still using horse-drawn drays for REGULAR beer deliveries, is Hook Norton in Oxfordshire.

Admans in Suffolk ceased using their horse drays in September 2006, when the brewery moved. Youngs also retired their horse drays earlier this year.

There are still several breweries with horse-drawn drays, which use them on special deliveries, shows and events. These include Badger (Dorset), Wadsworth's (Wiltshire), Wychwood (Oxfordshire) and Fullers (Chiswick).

As Graham B said they did until the brewery shut earlier this year - they found it actually quicker to deliver beer this way to the pubs within something like a two mile radius of the brewery than by lorry. I guess people take more notice of horses in traffic and are more likely to get out of their way!
