This is so very wrong. Do you not think your wife deserves better than this. What if it were the other way around. You weren't there and she's watching porn, not thinking of you but thinking of another man.
Congratulations. You've taken the first step towards having an affair. Its all set up in your mind. You just haven't acted it out....yet. This is where it always begins....in the mind.
If I were you i would first stop watching these channels. Explain everything to your wfe & tell her you want it to stop because you love her. And try to keep your wife close by.
At the very least, do not put yourself in situations that you know will make you struggle.
You've already taken the first step, trying to stop, the fact that you're on here asking for advice to help you control yourself is a good sign.
