sexwale is one of those guys that i have a huge amount of respect and time for.
should he choose to go back into politics, i believe that he would garner a tremendous amount of support from all races in this country.
i still would not return to the country though, but i believe that he would do a tremendous job.

The unfortunate thing for South Africans is that an ANC member will be the next President and not one of them is untainted. Sexwale is as corrupt as they come having made his fortune in the " Food for Oil" scandal whilst Saddam Hussein and Iraq were under UN sanctions. He was also one of the first to stand at the front of the Gravytrain and has benefitted enormously from the awarding of contracts by the ANC and/or its associates. During his time as Premier of Gauteng there were constant rumours about his links into drug cartels but perhaps worst of all is the fact that he is a racist. He recorded an interview with the BBC some years ago which you can find the transcript of if you Google it in which he made his feelings about Whites very plain.Lastly the man has little education worth speaking of which would only embarrass SA on the World stage as he would be completely out of his League. The speculation is that his interest in the Presidency is little more than a ploy by Mbeki to change the Constitution so that he can stand for a 3rd term.

I quite like him a lot as well although i can't vote yet
i think he'll make an excellent president for south africa
the disadvantage being that people might not realise that he's fit for the "job" and a "good guy" too and unfortuntely still keep voting for thabo mbeki or zuma e.t.c.

Hello this is MR Cash
SexWhale is a bloody muppett!!!
Years ago when he was premier of Gauteng the United States would not grant him access to their country on the grounds that he was a terrorist!!
Thats exactly what he was, Like Alf said he was first in line on the gravytrain and has profited greatly.
He's a bloody muppett

I don't think so. In fact he's not standing for ANC president. He's just a decoy. There's a big likelihood that we are going to get a woman president, but things will become clear after the policy conference in June.

He is extremely clever, has his own money so do not need to steal and defraud other to get some. The only question is if the hoi-poloi will accept him.
