Heck yes she should. Just because she is famous doesn't mean she can get away with that crap. I will have a smile on my face when she is in the slammer.

What kills me about the whole thing other than her breaking the law and thinking she can get off because of her daddy's money is, Paris made the comment that her manager & PR person did not let her know that she was not allowed to drive, and when she did not show up in court...she blamed someone else for not telling her.....HELLO. I think it only takes common sense to know that you can't drive on a suspended lic. Not only does that bug the crapp out of me but the fact that now that she knows she is not suspose to be driving, she still is, right in front of all the cameras and she doesn't even care. I really think she should do more time, I'll be surprised if she does any. This is my long blown out thought.

Paris starts her jail sentence on June 5, whcih is next Tuesday. She will serve 23 days in Jail. Her 45 day sentence was cut in half by the judge to 23 days in jail because of over-crowding

She's human. Whether or not she is a celebrity...yes she should go to jail. She was actually sentenced to go to jail and did but the judge ended up having her serve only half the time with good behavior. I guess she made some more sex tapes.

That's what happens when you break the law, right?
She'll most likely serve time separated from other criminals because of her status (she will get beat up so hard if others get near her). She also thinks that the media and the law are out to get her, so that's another reason for her to serve some time.

I will have a smile, too. Unfortunately, we have two sets of laws in the U.S. One for the ultra rich and one for the rest of us. I will be surprised if she goes to jail. You can imagine if you would have done the same things she did, you would already be in jail. And your cellmate would be a big mean lesbian that likes you a lot. I can only hope for the same for her.

She violated the terms of a court ordered probation. Yes, she should go to jail. If you did what she did, you would go to jail. Celebrities and rich people do not deserve special treatment.

She need to serve in the GP and serve a sentence of at least five years, maybe that will open her eyes and teach her that her money cannot buy her way out of trouble. If you can't do the time don't do the crime
