Effects of light on me?

Question

I find that whenever i enter a room with white light,my mood becomes unstable and i tend to get annoy easily.
However,my mood becomes real plesant and good when i switch off the white light and replace it with my lamp light that emit those orange lights.

Am i someone whose affected by lights?

It could also depend on the light source.

If the source is florescent lights, the flickering may be a cause of your irritation. Florescent and/or strobe lights are a well documented source of irritation in some neurological disorders such as migraines and epilepsy.

this would probably be a better question for a medical section, but yes, light can have an affect on mood. there is a thing called Seasonal Affective Disorder which is a fancy way of saying winter depression which is caused by 6 months of gloom during the winter. as to the immediate effects of light on you, im not sure, not a doctor, try the medcine forum :)

itz nothing but coz of itching light or may be you have kinda allergy type from white light

I know fluorescent lights make me as sick as can be.
