Return Policy in morrisons?

Question

Can i return an item with the receipt and the goods with all the packaging (everything it came with) and get a refund...its a game for my pc i bought at morrisons and do i have to give a reason for why im returning it...

I think it depends very much on who is at customer services when you go in. I've taken things back and got a refund without any questions being asked but I've also taken things back that have broken five minutes after getting them home and had long drawn out arguments before they finally offered a refund.

As long as the product is in the same condition as when you bought it (assuming it was recently) then you should be okay.

Stores don't have to give a refund unless there's something wrong with the goods but most of the big stores do because it's good customer relations.
