What happens if a batter has a 2-1 count, gets a called strike, and argues the call until he gets tossed from the game? Is he called out, or does someone take his place at bat and assume the same count?

A pinch-hitter enters the box and inherits the count. If he strikes out, the original batter is assigned the strikeout. If he walks, the substitute hitter is credited the walk. Any other outcome also belongs to the pinch-hitter.

A new batter enters the game with a 2-2 count. Its the same as if a batter gets injured in an atbat. They cant call him out just because he got hurt, so a new batter comes in and the at bat continues where it left off

someone else takes his spot with a 2-2 count. if the new batter strikes out, the strike out is actually given to the player who was ejected. same thing if a pitcher gets tossed in the middle of an at-bat.

Yes they bring in a new batter and he assumes the count when the another player was tossed out of the game.

Yes, a new batter takes over. However if the new batter strikes out the K is charged to the batter who was thrown out of the game. If the batter walks the BB is given to the batter who replaced the original batter.
