That depends. If it's raining and you are already feeling blue it could. I believe the rain can definitely effect your mood. Some people get sleepy and want to nap while it's raining, some people get bummed out and don't want to go anywhere because it's a hassle. Also, it's scientifically proven that the absence of UV rays can cause depression (such as during winter months when there's less daylight).

it doest mean that you could cry but yeah personally rain makes me sad cause it becomes so grey,wet and dull. i love sun.. hehe
I think it depends on person to person. some people love rain and enjoy rainy day while others hate it.
yeah if you are among those who doesn't like rain then yeah chances are there that you could become sad and cry..

Only if it's cold and just drizzling.....if it's nice and hot and there's thunder and lightening and lots of action then I LOVE it and I go outside!! lol
