Most people would say yes, but she says No. I think her drug use played a role in her severe weight loss. From what she has said, she is who she is, and she is not starving herself.

Reportedly she suffers from an eating disorder which I think is most true. I mean she always seemed to be a healthy weight but I think the sudden weight loss from seasons 1 to 2 of the simple life made her sick, making her continue in a downward spiral. But I don't think she takes drugs, I know she drinks though.

Nicole stopped eating and when she forced herself to eat she barfed it up. I bet she takes Hoodia pills that decrease the appetite. The poor itty bitty twiggy

No, it was by using heroin and other illegal prescription drugs at "Plate Parties", where there are a cornucopia of drugs for the rich.
Her current boyfriend, one of the Madden twins from the singing group "Good Charlotte" has a rep. of hosting these types of parties, which is one of the reasons his now former girlfriend, Hilary Duff, broke it off with him romantically.

Its obvious that she dosen't eat because you can see her bones, and Doctors say thats what happens when you don't eat, your body starts to eat itself.. i guess she exercise's alot too..
Shes plain stupid coz why would you not eat? she needs help..
