Ok I understand your want for a boy, they're great! (girls are too ha ha) I say that you can try all the things that the internet says positions and times of day and cycle. But in the end its only prayer that will help. (and even then you still have a 50/50 chance) unless you do sex selection that is a bit extreme. Just let nature take its course you'll get whats meant to be.

Well, if you have an unlimmited supply of money, I suppose you could have your partner's sperm spun, but for most people, it's a crap shoot. And you really have no control over it, as it is the male's sperm that decides if it is a boy or girl.

Me and my Hubby had alwayssss wanted a boy to be our first child, and we have him now!!!! lol! What I did, I got online and found a free Ovulation Calendar......And me and my Hubby determined when I was ovulating.......It usually is on ur midcycle....And here's the info. on that:
* Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. Once released, the egg is capable of being fertilized for 12 to 48 hours before it begins to disintegrate. This is the most fertile period of your cycle: during ovulation your chances of conception are highest.
*Ovulation usually takes place 14 days after the beginning of your menstrual cycle. The time of ovulation within the menstrual cycle is determined by the luteal phase, which is usually 12 to 16 days long. You can calculate the time of ovulation within your cycle by subtracting the length of your luteal phase from the length of your cycle. For example, if your cycle is 28 days long and your luteal phase is 12 days long, the ovulation will occur on day 16 of your cycle (28-12=16). The exact time of ovulation may vary within your cycle, because ovulation can be delayed by a number of factors such as stress, illness, diet, or increased physical activity.
*Your fertile period starts about 4-5 days before ovulation, and ends about 24-48 hours after it. This is because sperm can live in your body for approximately 4 to 5 days, and the egg can live for 24 to 48 hours after being released. You are most fertile on the day before and the day of ovulation. Knowing your fertile days can help you increase your chances of getting pregnant, or avoid an unwanted pregnancy.
*How can u increase your chances of having a boy?
The closer to ovulation you have intercourse, the better the chances to conceive a boy, because the male y-sperm cells are faster than the female x-sperm cells, and they tend to get to the egg first. To improve your chances of conceiving a baby boy, you should have intercourse a day before ovulation, on the day of ovulation, and a day after it.
I hope all this information is of some help....It helped me and my Hubby not only get pregnant, but get pregnant with a boy!!!! Let me put it to u this way.... Last year, I was going to ovulate on January 13th...That day, my Hubby was set to leave for 3 straight weeks out to sea (he's in the Navy*), so the nite before him leaving, we had sex..... Right before us taking off from our house, since I dropped him off to base, we had sex again....3 wks went by, all normal, and on Valentine's Day, I decided to take a pregnancy test....This was 3 days before I was due with my period......And lo and behold, I was pregnant!!!! Just to make sure, I took another test after coming home from school, and again, it came out positive....Then a few days later, my Doctor confirmed my pregnancy!!!! And when I hit the 5 month mark into my pregnancy, the Doctor confirmed we expecting a boy!!!!! And I really feel that all this was due with the use of an Ovulation Calendar....I figured out my cycle, and my ovulation days, and made sure that we tried on those days...Keep in mind though, we tried for 3 months to get pregnant, but I am pretty sure that due to us stressing out soo much about it, that is why it wasn't working....We got to the point where we just let nature take it's course, and it happened!!!! I hope that all this info. works for u too.....U can also get an Ovulation kit from ur local pharmacist or even Walmart/Rite Aid, to first determine when u will be ovulating, and go from there...But remember, in order to increase ur chances of possibly conceiving a boy, have sex a day before u ovulate, have sex on ur ovulation day, and have sex a day after u ovulate.....If u have sex 5-6 days prior to u ovulating, then u will increase ur chances of having a girl.....Me and my Hubby avoided those days, cuz we too, wanted a boy first really bad! haha! I hope all this helps!!! Tons of baby dust out to u, and GOOD LUCK! =)
