So many of the magazines seem like they are scams, I just want to find a good one!

Amazon sells almost every magazine, usually for the same price as the little cards you get from the magazines. I have never had a problem with them, although sometimes the magazines take a few months to add you as a subscriber.

Going direct is always best. Every magazine has a website and a subscription page and usually a good deal. If you need more than one magazine, your better bet is Publisher's Clearing House. You are then only paying once for many magazines and that may be easier for you. PCH is very reputable and run many specials that magazines do not give to all 3rd parties (like Amazon or magazines.com). Be careful of eBay (totally not authorized) or any other websites as very many are scams.
