Anyone who watched the entire show knows that Cole was her one true love. The rest were all pale comparisons to what she felt for him. Coop was her consolation prize for losing Cole the way she did, or at least that is what they said when they sent him down to help her find a new love.

Don't forget Lesley. He was alright.
I always loved Phoebe and Cole and wanted them to end up together.
I was so excited to hear Julian McMahon was coming back for the 150th episode. But then disappointed that A: it was only for one episode, as I thought it may be for longer, and B: because Phoebe didn't even see him and Piper never told her he was even there.
I did like Coop at the end - at least he was much better than Dex.
Although I would've loved for Cole to somehow come out of limbo and for them to live happliy ever after:)

Definatly cole!!!
even though he was always a pain, and for most of the show i hated him, they were sooo cute together!!
and when he came back and he had all the evil powers from limbo, he was the FUNNIEST character EVER!!!
