Yes. I love my husband for who he is, not how he looks.
Love is important not looks. Everyone ages and looks do not last forever. Are you going to stop loving when they get the first grey hair?
I married for love, for better or worse and that includes looks. I would rather my husband have a good heart than a good body.
My husband is good looking, but he is going to get old and grey, maybe bald, I don't care.

This would pose a challenge, as dramatized in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, where Dr. Crusher fell in love with a symbiotic being who was using a man as a host. Once the host died and a replacement was found - who was a woman - Dr. Crusher decided to discontinue the relationship, since she would be engaging with a woman's physical form, not just the brain she fell in love with.

Yes. You don't love someone just for their looks, if you do, then you are in lust, not love! It shouldn't matter how they change on the outside, as long as they don't change on the inside. My husband and I have been married for 10 years, he has gained weight, but he's still the sweetest, most caring man I know, and THAT is what love is all about!

Yes, but there is more than one kind of love. Romantic love has some basis on physical attraction. I have know my best friend for 15 years, I love her dearly as a Friend. But I married my wife because she does something physically that my Friend never did. There is nothing wrong with admitting you simply are not attracted to someone. its normal
