Is there anyway to produce an electrical charge and what supplies would I need...assuming the planet has no sunshine.

Hydro power(Not exactly water, it could have been any liquid substance on that planet)

The only way I can think of producing electricity on another planet is through wind energy. Build a windmill on that planet, and get the electricity by that means.

If you have a good electrolyte as a planet. It could be considered as a giant battery.
