There are many sites. Where are you having trouble? It can begin as easily as putting a rain barrel under your down spout and using that water to irrigate plants either by dipping it out or attaching a drip system to the container and a valve to control the water.

You can also direct the water from the roof and paved surfaces to near by landscape plants through land contouring and perhaps some pipes or a French drain.

Runoff water can fill and underground cistern to be dipped or pumped out at a later date.

ok, you cant find a way to harvest rain water. are a blonde, or something? you don't need a special contraption to ghet it, all you need is a couple dishpans! if you want more water, get more dishpans. hope this helps, blondy!

they make big containers (barrels) to trap rain water from your gutters its really neat but you can dig a hole and put the container in the ground with lid and pump it out to water things (flowers) that could help you save water and such
