In order to use the DWL-2100 AP you first need a router connected to your network. The access point is just a wireless solution for a wired LAN.

You connection would be:

-Cable from wall to Broadband Modem
-Ethernet cable from broadband modem to Routers WAN Port
-Ethernet Cable from Routers Ethernet Port to the ethernet port of the DWL-2100AP
-Ethernet Cable from the routers ethernet port(s) to wired computers

Or you can just replace the router with a wireless router and not use the DWL-2100 AP.

The DWL-2100 should pass any ppoe that your computer sends.

If you are attempting to setup PPOE in the DWL2100 in order to connect to a DSL network etc you need a router or computer between it and the network.

If you need to connect to a VPN using PPOE it should pass without any configuration additional configuration on the AP.

I guess I a confused by the question. ppoe between any wireless lan? Unless you are trying to bridge a network between APs in which case you dont need ppoe for them.

You will need to use your username and password from your ISP to setup pppoe
