They can be really picky about the type of food they eat they hate it when their brand of food is change and it can take them awhile to get used to it. But just to make sure I would take it to a vet to make sure it isn't sick

he could have teeth issues (back molars), sometimes these animals grow points on their molars from being weened from their moms too quick and thrown on pellets. u need to find an exotics vet asap, cos these animals cannot go long w/o eating, they can go into G.I. stasis and die. Find one asap, and i reccommend lots of greens in your G-Pigs diet when he gets better (if you do not already) such as kale, rommaine, chickory, arugula, endive, or any leafy greens in your produce aisle. and lots of timothy hay....good luck, and dont wait to long.

the best thing to do especially if it usually eats all the time you should it to a vet cause its probaly sick or not liking the food u give it

Any number of health problems can lead to a sudden loss of appetite (URI, molar growth, digestive problems...anything). You'll need to take him/her to the vet immediately.
