Hey all, i have a 1995 Chevy Camaro V-6 3.4L engine... How do you check the coolant level in this car? Or even how do you add coolant? Its not throught the overflow reservoir right that has the measurement stick on it? Or do you add it through the radiator cap? Thanks!!

You basically check the level of the coolant system by eyeballing what's in the overflow. This assumes the rad cap and all is working properly. I like to check the level in the rad to be sure. Do this when the motor iscold only as this can seriously scald you if the hot coolant blows onto you. Add to the rad and then top up to the proper level in the overflow using equal parts coolant and water. Good luck.

Yes, you fill it thru the overflow res. tube, to the full mark-cold. That is located up around the radiator on the Camaro's/Firebird's.

Good luck!
