Try speaking to a manager, make sure they know for sure that you are not the person they are trying to contact. If need be, try going to a regional office and speaking to a manager in person to get removed from the calling list. You should have been placed on a ceased call list after confirming that the individual doesn't use that number. They use names of proper companies to help the deception. Check the email address you have got. It is hotmail/gmail/yahoo mail or some other free email address and the phone number is for a mobile (starts 07 or 447). It is a scam.
