How much is an unopened pack w/ Clemens worth?

I have an unopened pack of Topps 1988 Mini league leaders, and I can see that the first card is Roger Clemens.

Also, can someone tell me whether all the packs contain a card that is not actually a baseball card, but it just has info about the sweepstakes? Because I can see a card like this, and I want to know whether it means I've won. My other pack does't have it, or at least not on the outside

it won't be worth that much i bought a new never touched clemens card for 2.50

Any contest card within the pack will have long since expired.
