most schools i explored need a little over 3.0 in the last 2 years....3.45 looks great...however they do require post graduation experience of atleast 1-2 years high score on the gmat will get you a good scholarship

Hi, To answer this question properly, i need to know your age? If you are already old, then go for an MBA now, but, if you have just finished your grad then you should get some work experience, because, unlike other courses, MBA is different, it is attempting to make you a manager, who should get the work done by others, this is an art. The techniques that you will pick up while doing MBA will become relevant only if you have already experienced such situations. It is better to carry the questions, for which you need the answers, as the anwers will be provided at MBA course. So, give this a due thought, and moreover, now the economy is going through a recession, and it is better to work now, because the problems will be plenty, and then do your MBA and come to the market when it is booming to cash in. You may not get into a top, highly-competitive program, but you certainly would qualify for many MBA programs.
