It takes 4 quarts of 5w30. I change oil in about 10 saturns a day. I would recommend Valvoline maxlife oil to you.
Because as I am sure you are aware that saturns burn oil.
Maxlife oil can reduce what your burning sometimes up to half. Remember check your oil often I cant begin to tell you how many saturns my guys have drained that only had about a quart left

Look in the rear view mirror as you drive! Especially when accelerating. Do you see white smoke? Or, have someone follow you and report what they see. If the oil is not falling out, it's being burned. Although there are possible reasons for excessive oil burning, the most likely is, you have a badly worn engine. Fair chance it is so badly worn, it is affecting the performance.

5 is the normal but install 4 start the car 30 seconde turn off and check it before adding the fith one

Depends on how many cylinders the engine has.
