YES, he most certainly is! All of these goofy liberal, left-wingers don't have the faintest clue or care what he did! He sent the technolgy to North Korea and Iran so that they could develop and enrich their nuclear capability and develop nuclear bombs and weapons. neither woulf be that much of a threat otherwise. he also sent technical information to China so they could figure out how to send their guided missiles to reach greater distances (they used to fall harmlessly into the ocean... now, they could strike and reach California). This is just a small, but meaningful list of the crimes Slick Willy has commited...and the breach of national security.. of course.

No, that would be G W Bush. hate for the Clinton's has made them both very, very wealthy. keep it up. Bill now gets $250,000 for a 30 mins. speech and Hillary will have her third million seller book out soon. BTw, Hillary will raise the $500 million needed to win in 2008 and can you say "Madam President" you should practice saying it.
