365 x 20 + 4 or 5 depending on when the leap year falls.

7304 or 7305

20 / 4 = 5.

5 x 366 = 1830
15 x 365 = 5475

1830 + 5475 = 7305 approximately, as you don't know where the leap years lie.

7,300 + 5.
How simple could you get?

7,305

Or, if you start on a year where the will be 4 leap years, like 1997, then add 4 to 7,300.

Duh!
