I think Jimmy is probably quite proud,Hugo was after all just doing what he feels he must for the "good of the people" And as long as your intentions are good your methods are irrelevant. But then again Jimmy's opinion shouldn't matter since he's quite delusional,after all he still doesn't realize that he was the worst president in US history. How can not have figured that out by now,he's had 27 years to figure out how useless he was and still doesn't get it.
