basically the girl who helped sort things out between me and my guy - stole him!! They were the best of friends, and since he trusted her, I did to. We got into a fight she called me a 2am , telling me he loves me and I told her I love him to and did not mean for the fight to happen...

Invariably me and him parted ways - cause he decided its over, I did love him truly... 1 month later he told me he never did said he loves someone else... 5 months later we spoken again, and got back, and broke up just as easily - I can say I trusted him way to much - He broke my heart...
Spoke 2 months later as friends, he was awefully rude, and said he didn't ever want to walk to me again, and I should just to to hell!!

Today, I saw him and that girl, walking out of the guy I used to go to, and apparently he's joined the gym too, they were walking like I used to with him, and I knew it was her that he's now in love with. I don't know what to do, feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown. heLP

There's actually a very good lesson to be learned here- NEVER EVER INVOLVE ANOTHER PERSON IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP.

What happens:

they become someone to confide in
they begin discussing your relationship behind your back
they begin to have feelings for each other
she begins to tell him how she would never do the things you do..
they cheat or start dating each other.

It's one of the most common ways people begin cheating. This sort of platonic relationship turned more often occurs when a marriage or relationship is going well too- and as soon as the relationship hits any kind of a rough patch it just sets the cheating couple off and running.

So- all ladies and gentleman reading this: do not confide in anyone about your relationship- it's private. Ask strangers on the Internet- it is honestly safer in the long run.

Stole him? Hugh. If you live in the US you have no right to possession of another person. So throw that attitude out first. Next, do you realize how lucky you are. You could be her right now going through that same old crap and getting nowhere. Instead you are free of it and now have a great opportunity to find a companion more attractive. While you were involved with this clown you were not available for a positive companion to enter into your life. Rather then being upset by this happened upon information, wish them well from the bottom of your heart. For you already know the outcome. Smile and add a little bounce to your step in knowing you have a better chance now to be blissfully happy with another. Go make it happen.

Sweetie.....read what you wrote. You tried twice to go back with him and he hurt you each time. You fought with him...he told you he never loved you..he was "rude" to you..he's not the man for you. I know it hurts. You can't let yourself live in the past and romanticize that this guy is some Prince Charming. He's not. You can and will find someone new...as soon as you allow it to happen. Start focusing on what you did not like about him. Turn him into a monster not a prince in your mind. You deserve someone who will treat you right. Get out there and start enjoying life. It's easier to say than do....but give your heart a chance to be loved by someone deserving. Good luck..

It happens hon, to all of us at one time or another, don't feel alone. It happened to me too. My best friend took my guy years ago. I will never forget the hurt I felt. It was awful. Like you want to throw up everytime you think about it. That's the trick, get your mind OFF of it. He probably knows, that if he were to break it off with her, you would be right there to take him back. Well, DON'T! Don't sit around and mull over this dude, because he sure isn't worth it! Get out there and have some fun with some new guys. There are plenty of them out there, and somewhere there is one who is just waiting for someone like you! Happy hunting!

HE SOUNDS LIKE A BIG JERK TO ME AND YOU SHOULD
NOT LOOSE ANY TEARS FOR SOMEONE WHO TREATED YOU IN THIS MANNER. AND JUST THINK
WHAT HE DID TO YOU WILL ONE DAY HAPPEN TO HIM.
PAY BACKS ARE A B****. YOU NEED TO MOVE ON
AND ONE DAY YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL
TREAT YOU THE WAY YOU SHOULD BE TREATED.
YOU HAVE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AHEAD OF YOU.
SO DO NOT BE IN A RUSH........ SOMEONE WILL COME
ALONG WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
