I have been invited to a friends house to relax in her hottub, but unfortunately I'm on, and I really want to go. Normally a tampon works while I'm swimming, but will it work in a hot tub? Please help!! I dont want any embarrasing leakeages!

tampons work the same way regardless of your environment. they capture the flow whether you're in the water (any water) or on dry land. the only difference is, when you get out of the water, you need to change tampons immediately.

I've used it in the hot tub before and it worked fine. I wouldn't leave the same tampon in too long. And make sure the little string is not sticking out :D

If a tampon works while swimming it'll work in a hot tub.

It's not the tampon that stops the flow while swimming. It is the water.

yes, they will stop you from leaking, just as long as it's a fresh tampon and not one that's been in for it's maximum time already....

yes it should work and it might ease your cramps (if you get them) because of the hot water. Enjoy!!
