Mate, only the dealer has the spanner for that fix. They can rotate the spark plugs while they have her on the lift.

Ummm there is no such thing as muffler bearings... a muffler is a tube. There are wheel bearings.. and there are also beads in the catalytic converter and they don't need greasing.. Are you trying to trick us this morning..???

Unless you know for sure how to grease them bearings, maybe its best to take your car into the shop!
I find nothing teaches a person more about irony then when trying to fix their own machine when the problem "Is a synch to fix!"

Maybe you should do this yourself. And when you find them, let us all know where to look. (HAHAHA)
Oh, by the way, you will probably need a left handed crescent wrench and a hole mover to do this job. But dont forget to refill your blinker fluid, it will leak out when you remove the bearings.
