I've seen games where all starters have at least one hit during a 9 inning game, but have any teams ever had the entire lineup (either DH or non-DH) hit at least one home run during a game?

On 04-Sept-1999, the Reds demolished the Phillies, 22-3, at the Vet. Eight Reds hit nine homers, including six of the starting players.

2B Reese
RF Young
LF Vaughn
C Taubensee (2)
3B Boone
CF Hammonds

Replacements:
C Johnson
3B Lewis

This probably would be the closest to what you're looking for, in the majors.

No, the Toronto Blue Jays had 10 in one game on September 14, 1987 at Exhibition Stadium. with 6 different players going yard. That would be the closest anyone has gotten
