Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and they'll hold on to a resentment forever and not let you forget it when it suits their agenda. I find it interesting that in asking a general question some people get offended when you give a general answer. IMHO I agree with the statement any woman that wants to be the equal of a man lacks abition.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
Women probably have worse tempers than men (though this is steriotyping) because of emotions, hormones. Women tend to express emotion more than men do, MOST of the time. There are situations where the script is flipped, though.

I think men hold in their feelings longer and let things build until, when they do lose their temper, it explodes. However, there are certainly women who have the same problem. Bottom line: by the time you get to be an adult, you should be able to manage your feelings and your anger before you do/say something destructive.

You cannot homogenize a entire gender. There are members of both sexes that need to work on controlling their temper.

Not all men are the same, take Hitler and Jesus as examples if you like.
Likewise, not all women are the same, Mother Therese and Myra Hindley, are two extremes of personality.
In all honesty, your question, as it is posed, is impossible to answer.

well, I am a woman and i tend to reach the boiling point far easily than my hubby. But i calm down easily too.Whereas my hubby wont lose it so easily but once there it would be harder for him to calm down.He wont do anything but keep silent whereas me tends to throw tantrums while in rage.

Hmmm... i don't think that has to do with sex (gender), more on the background and influences of the individual.
