I recently called my old high school sweetheart--last monday--and he said he was glad to hear from me, and that he had been trying to get in touch with me. We chatted for 10mins or so and he gave me his email address. I emailed him Tuesday morning. Finally Friday I called him again and asked if I had the right email since I hadn't heard back. He said he's been busy and went and checked and said yes, I got your email. He had to run off to work. Now, today is Monday and I still have heard nothing from him. Should I email him again, call him again, or do nothing?

If you want to become friends with him again, do nothing. He will feel like you are stalking him if you calll him again. (I know you are not, don't worry.) What you should do is wait until 3 weeks from now (I know, seems like forever...). If he doesn't reply, then call him. Don't say anything about the email. Just talk. Ask if you can hang out. That sort of stuff.
